The World Trade Organisation met last November in Qatar and a renogotiation of the TRIPs agreement was on the agenda. VOICE is part of the Trade Matters group of Irish NGOs which produced two policy documents:

• A Briefing Paper in preparation for the WTO Qatar Ministerial Meeting and
• Recommendations on the Reform of The Institutional Mechanisms of the WTO.
