Environmentally Superior Products

Enterprise Ireland is hosting a 1 day national conference and exhibition on
"Improving your Business through Environmentally Superior Products". This
event is aimed at manufacturing industry in Ireland and is designed to
generate awareness on the business benefits achievable through
Environmentally Superior Products (ESP). An ESP is a product with a reduced
environmental impact which is technically and financially viable and doesn't
compromise on product functionality or quality. The conference showcases
success stories & products developed by Irish SME manufacturing companies
who participated in the recent Enterprise Ireland Pilot initiative on
Environmentally Superior Products.
THE CONFERENCE WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:-
· Business drivers and benefits achievable through ESP
· Latest policy/regulatory drivers relevant to products and the
environment
· How to design and manufacture ESPs using ecodesign techniques
· Practical examples of a range of Irish manufacturing industry SMEs
using ESPs to commercial advantage
· Exhibition of Irish ESPs, ecodesign tools and associated key
information
