Pollution River Feale County Kerry Ireland

To all interested Parties,

       I am writting to you as a concerned individual looking for advice on 
how to address the issue of pollution in the River Feale. My family has 
fished on this River for generations. Last week a friend of mine who is also 
a fisherman could not pull up his net due to the pollution.
       I would greatly appreciate if anyone who has advice on how to address
