What there is, is a high _proportion_ of spam coming through the list.
So, question, is that showing up that there aren't that many "concerns" 
for the environment out there and maybe the list should just be shut down.

what do folks think?
On the other point, I don't think that anyone is in charge of the voice 
website these days. any (competent) volunteers?
